General Terms and Conditions of Sale - Manoir de Lébioles
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between the hotel Manoir de Lébioles, located at [Full address of the hotel], and its clients. Any reservation made with the hotel implies full acceptance of these conditions.
1. Reservations
1.1. Reservations can be made through the hotel’s official website, by phone, email, or through partner travel agencies.
1.2. A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from the hotel and, where applicable, the payment of a deposit or a credit card guarantee.
1.3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse a reservation due to unavailability or any other legitimate reason.
2. Rates
2.1. Rates are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Rates displayed on the website or communicated by the hotel may vary depending on the period, promotions, or specific conditions.
2.3. Additional services (catering, spa, activities, etc.) are not included in the room rate unless specified in the reserved offer.
2.4. A tourist tax, set by the local authority, may be applied and will be charged separately.
3. Payment Conditions
3.1. A deposit of 30% of the total stay amount may be required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
3.2. The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival or departure, as specified during the reservation process.
3.3. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash (within legal limits).
3.4. In case of non-payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and charge cancellation fees as outlined in Article 4.
4. Cancellation and Modification Conditions
4.1. Cancellation by the client:

Up to 7 days before the arrival date: cancellation free of charge, full refund of the deposit.

Between 7 and 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount will be charged.

Less than 3 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
4.2. Modification by the client: Any modification request (change of dates, room type, etc.) is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4.3. Cancellation by the hotel: In case of force majeure or inability to provide the service, the hotel will offer a postponement of the stay or a full refund of the amounts paid, without the client being entitled to additional compensation.
5. Arrival and Departure
5.1. Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
5.2. Early check-in or late check-out may be granted subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
5.3. Failure to vacate the room by the agreed time may result in an additional night’s charge.
6. Responsibilities
6.1. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel’s property or equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be charged.
6.2. The hotel declines all responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to clients’ personal belongings in common areas or rooms.

7. Additional Services
