Loïc Jambon

We are delighted to announce that Loïc Jambon has joined us as Executive Chef.

An overview of his professional career:

Loïc Jambon started out at the Coin des Saveurs in Heusy before joining the Hostellerie Lafarques (1*) under Samuel Blanc. He then continued learning his trade with Olivier Tucki at the Manoir de Lébioles. His first job as a chef was at the Bistrot d’Ethan where he was soon awarded a Bib Gourmand from Michelin, as well as making it into the Gault & Millau guide. He then extended his range of talents at Un Max de Goût and then at Le Moriane.

Madame Lüssem:

“The Manoir de Lébioles is delighted to be able to offer Loïc Jambon the perfect setting in which to express his culinary talents. We already know his qualities very well as he worked in the kitchen of our house in the past as a member of our team.
His career in top regional restaurants made him the obvious choice for the position of executive chef at the Manoir de Lébioles. I have followed his creations and professional development very closely, always hoping to cross paths with him once again. We have a reputation for very high standards and we have every confidence in his ability to captivate our guests and their taste buds. We are delighted to write a new chapter in our history with Loïc.”

Loïc Jambon :

“When I left the Manoir de Lébioles a few years ago to complete my training, Madame Lüssem whispered in my ear, ‘Good luck Loïc, don’t forget, we always meet twice in life.’ At that time, no-one would have believed that I’d return here and be given the opportunity to make the food that really excites me. I favour a natural style of cooking informed by intuition, but my food is also very stylish, elegant and colourful. Sophisticated dishes that chime with lovers of the good things in life. My desire is for my guests to create emotions that turn into lasting memories. It’s after a good meal that memories and emotions come back to us, and this is the sign of a truly successful meal. I can’t wait to start this new adventure, especially with such an experienced front-of-house team. Great service is a true calling, and at the Manoir de Lébioles we make it a point of honour.”
